Photography

Digital Atelier is contracted to do a large range of assignments. Some of our past projects include product shots for the Hollywood studios, interior photography for interior designers, movie and tv backdrop photography, portraits and stock photos for ad agencies to name a few. We use a wide range of cameras; 8x10 Cambo large format studio camera, 4x5 Sinar studio camera, 4x5 Graflex field camera, Hasselblad medium format film camera and Canon digital cameras.

To date our largest photographic production piece was a set of two 18 foot x 150 foot (85dpi ~ 8GB) TV backdrop images. They consisted of multiple 8x10 provia transparencies which were drum scanned and digitally spliced then manipulated to meet the artistic vision of the director. Both backdrops (day and night) could be seen on the 2007 FOX show JUSTICE.
